I was watching 60 minutes yesterday and while they noted that the federal government isnt cracking down on people who are following state laws even though they are violating federal laws they indicated that government is applying pressure behind the scenes by working with banking industry to make it difficult to conduct business. Seems like a prime opportunity for Bitcoin in that region of the country.
