I tried for days, wiring fiat to mt.gox and btc-e and all transactions were silently droped or burried. It did not even show up as transactions online but still counted to the daily limit. Yesterday I found out, that both swift accounts are blocked, they told me it would be systemwide. They told me also "because the opposite side has accounting problems."
I think they a blocking for another reason. Transfers to kraken worked just fine... suckers :-P
